My ultimate motivation…
is oddly enough gaining three pounds. To be honest it wasn’t until this moment that I knew how serious I am about this. In the past a set back like this would lead to me gaining it all back plus more… this time I spent extra time in the gym and cut some guilty pleasures out of my diet until I get back on track. I want this.
It’s now in my survival guide (holidays)
